Easy Blender Chocolate Pudding with Avocado

Who says dessert can’t be easy, healthy, and super yummy? This Blender Chocolate Pudding is one of my favorite sweet treats because it’s creamy, chocolatey, and takes just a few minutes to make! The best part? You toss everything into a blender, hit the button, and POOF! pudding magic. Great for after-school snacks, a light dessert, or even breakfast if you’re feeling a little fancy!

Method

1. Prep the Avocado

First things first grab your avocado! If you’re using two small avocados or one large, make sure they’re nice and ripe. You want them soft when you press them gently with your fingers. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the green goodness using a spoon. Drop that creamy fruit right into your blender or food processor.

2. Add the Rest of the Ingredients

Now, it’s time to build the magic. Pour in 1/3 cup of maple syrup for that sweet, rich flavor. Next, add 1/3 cup of cacao powder this is where all the chocolaty goodness comes from. Then, pour in 1/4 cup of almond milk to help everything blend smoothly. That’s it! Just four ingredients, and you’re on your way to pudding heaven.

3. Blend Until Smooth

Pop the lid on your blender or food processor and blend everything together. You want to blend until the texture is super smooth and creamy no lumps or chunks. Depending on your blender, this might take 30 seconds to a minute. Pause halfway through to scrape down the sides with a silicone spatula to make sure everything is getting mixed evenly.

4. Taste Test and Adjust

Once it’s all blended, open the lid and grab a little spoon for a taste test. Is it sweet enough for you? If not, feel free to add a tiny bit more maple syrup. Want it a little thicker? Add some more avocado or reduce the almond milk next time. You’re the boss of your pudding!

5. Scoop and Serve

Use your spatula or spoon to scoop the pudding into small bowls, jars, or cups. It’s ready to eat right away, or you can chill it in the fridge for 10–15 minutes if you prefer it colder. For toppings, I love adding a swirl of vanilla yogurt and a sprinkle of chopped dark chocolate, but you can totally make it your own with fruits, nuts, or granola.

Necessary Tools

  • A high-powered blender or food processor
  • A silicone spatula (to scrape down the sides)
  • Measuring cups
  • A small bowl (if you want to serve it right away!)

Ingredients

  • 2 small avocados (or 1 large avocado)

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 1/3 cup cacao powder

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

Directions

  • Scoop out your avocado and toss it into the blender.
  • Add maple syrup, cacao powder, and almond milk.
  • Blend it all together until it’s super smooth and creamy. You might need to stop and scrape down the sides a couple of times.
  • Taste test time: Want it sweeter? Add a little more maple syrup. Thicker? Add a bit more avocado or less milk next time.
  • Scoop and enjoy: I like to top mine with a dollop of vanilla yogurt and some chopped chocolate, but you do YOU!

Notes

  • Make sure your avocado is ripe. If it’s too hard, your pudding won’t blend smoothly.
  • Don’t over-blend! Once it’s creamy, stop blending so it doesn’t get too runny.
  • If you’re using a food processor, be careful when opening the lid it might splatter a bit!
  • Always taste before serving! Everyone’s sweetness level is different.

Serving Suggestions

  • Top it off with berries, granola, or a drizzle of peanut butter.
  • Serve it in cute little cups or jars for a fun pudding party.
  • Great as a dip for strawberries or banana slices.
  • Add a sprinkle of sea salt or cinnamon for a twist.

Fun Fact

Did you know avocados are fruits? Yup, they’re creamy little green fruits packed with healthy fats that help make this pudding rich and smooth no dairy needed!

Conclusion

And there you have it creamy, dreamy Blender Chocolate Pudding that’s ready in minutes and tastes like a chocolate hug in a bowl. It’s so simple, even kids can help make it (with a little adult supervision on the blender). Try it out, and let me know how you like to top your pudding!

Happy blending and even happier eating!
